How to add emoticons on your iphone/ipad keyboard.
It’s changed my text life. 
I mean, why use words when emoticons are just so much dang fun?
For example…when you need to know what time your hubby will be home for dinner…
How about when you can’t get your daughter to answer her phone? And you are sitting on a plane that’s waiting to pull up to the gate and you have several minutes of boredom.
I don’t care who you are…getting a text with cute emoticons just brings a smile to your face.

Wanna know how to get this super fun emoticon keyboard on your iPhone/iPad in about two seconds?
Go to…
Settings
General
Keyboard
Keyboard (again)
Add New Keyboard
Scroll down the list till you get to “Emoji”
Tap it
Done
Now when you go to text, there is a new symbol on the keyboard.
Tap the symbol and the new emoji keyboard appears.
See all the categories of emoticons? Lots and lots. Each category has several pages that you can scroll through.
Now if I could just figure out how to get these on my computer keyboard I could take blog posts to a whole other level.
For now, I’ll just have to stick the old standbys… and !

This is so great. I have a great idea for you. You seem to figure this stuff out pretty nicely so how about coming over and teaching me some blogging tricks. I am so new at this stuff and would love a blog class from you. I am not so computer tech savvy either and am just trying to learn as I go along. I wish someone with blog savvy like you would give classes or private lessons!!!! I will be your first student.

My sister who has young kids got me turned on to that last year and I wowed my “big” kids with it…I was so proud!
too funny. My 12 year old just showed me this too. Now we text each other exclusively in emoticons just to be silly. Love it. Especially the flamenco lady
