Yesterday, I took a little road trip to Rockford for a sneak peek at my friend Mary’s new shop.
My goodness.
It’s cool.
It’s hip.
It’s pure vintage goodness.
And so very Mary.
If you follow Urban Farmgirl, you know what a fantastic eye she has. This girl is a magnet for unique vintage finds.
At last she has a place for all of this wonderfulness to reside.
Illinois gals, you are not going to want to miss the grand opening of her shop this Thursday evening!
So hire a babysitter, gas up the car, and by all means clear out some trunk space. You are going to find treasures galore!
And did I mention there will be cupcakes?

We good to Rockford a couple times a year to visit family. Now I have two reasons to plan our trips!
Yes, that shop is definitely worth stopping for! If you happen to be in town on a day that she is closed (she’s open two weekends a month), she lives close by and will gladly open by appointment.
